Photo tuition

Skye landscape photography tuition, workshops and courses

Do you want to discover the beauty of the amazing Isle of Skye at your own pace, but with some extra help along the way? Then why not combine holiday accommodation with tuition that's designed around your stay on the island.
Our self-catering cottage is an ideal base to explore the island. It’s located just outside Broadford, around 10 miles from the Skye bridge, close to the amazing Cuillin Hills. It’s around 30 minutes drive to many iconic locations such as Elgol with its stunning views across Loch Scavaig or Sligachan with amazing views of the Black Cuillin along with a host of waterfalls. The rest of the island is all within easy reach by car, with most of the iconic locations such as the Quiraing, Glenbrittle and the west coast being around an hour's drive.
Along with the holiday accommodation, I can also offer photographic tuition and location advice for photographers of any experience to help you get the most from your trip to Skye. The tuition is for a maximum of 2 people at any time, rather than large groups, so you are guaranteed to have my complete attention. Despite this, because of the bespoke nature of the courses, it doesn't have to be any more expensive than other photo holidays, in fact it can be cheaper than many.
